Campaign Against The Installation of Ferris Wheel

On Tuesday 10th February 2009, British Waterways submitted plans to Gloucester City Council for the Temporary permission for erection of a Ferris Wheel between 5th June 2009 and 16th August 2009.

The Ferris Wheel will be located alongside the Southern Edge of the Victoria Basin in the Historic Gloucester Docks.

This website has been setup to provide information on the proposed plans as well as explain some of the concerns the residents of The Docks have with the proposal.

There is also access to online petitions against this plan to try and stop this proposal from becoming reality.  We need as many people to sign the petition as possible.
